The COMBO is a power sled. Built to train big, powerful men. Pads on both sides: high and low. Because of its heavy weight, the force of a blow is deflected in the recoil of the pad. The force generated by the recoil of the pad is similar to the thrust of a blocker's charge. Every muscle in your body must work to fight the pressure. Working against this sled develops more hitting force, better balance and footwork.
“The coaching point is to teach explosive get-off, leverage, hand placement and knee bend!”
