With inside hands, the O-lineman has better hand control, leverage and power. Wearing Cuffs during drill work helps train muscle memory which in turn produces optimal performance. Cuffs make proper hand position a habit and will eliminate costly holding penalties during the game. Cuffs are easy to slip on and off. Miniature foam rollers that surround the elastic surgical tubing make the Cuffs very comfortable to wear. Won’t bite into the skin. A tension cord that ties both Cuffs together provides resistance should a lineman try to widen his hands.
